Ecstatic Presence offers tailored coaching support designed to guide individuals and groups into more embodied, more wise, more compassionate, more curious, and more creative worldviews through which we can build lives, communities, and workplaces that reflect and contribute to the more beautiful and just world our hearts know is possible.

This work is the culmination of my more than fifteen years of deep study and training in Indo-Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and meditation synthesized with the frames of somatic experiencing, spiritual ecology, kinship worldview/animism, phenomenology, Internal Family Systems/parts work, attachment theory, and polyvagal theory/basic nervous system anatomy.

Together, these practices allow me to offer a trauma-sensitive container of support for cultivating a more resilient and ecstatic presence with and in the world.
